Our supported living service is available for young people aged 16+ who are ‘looked after’ or leaving care. We provide an outcome-based service that has a proven track record working with a wide number of local authorities providing support and accommodation for young people aged 16+ with Learning difficulties and Autism.

We provide person centred home care service by prioritising the well-being and comfort of our clients in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. We help our clients transform their lives and achieve their goals in the community by providing outstanding service for Adults and a separate provision for young people with care and support needs.
We offer 24/7 assistance and tailor our services to the needs of different client groups, including Adolescents and Adults. We also partner with the private housing sector to help our clients transition to independent living and self-reliance.
